For client engagements, custom software deliverables are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs), wherein complete, unencumbered intellectual property is transferred to the client upon sprint milestone settlement.

Information provided on this website—including architectural explainers and benchmark reports—is for informational purposes. Formal software specifications, delivery guarantees, and service level agreements (SLAs) are established exclusively through signed client contracts.
